• All rentals and reservations of picnic sites, pavilions and the beach volleyball court will be conducted from the Lunga Boathouse on a first-come, first served basis.
• All rental gear such as watercraft, tents, coolers, camping and fishing gear will be done at the boathouse and will follow the same pricing guidelines as the outdoor recreation gear issue that the Marina has in place.  These will be listed in the park information and fees brochures and flyers.
• Pets allowed but must be on a leash at all times.

• Virginia Requirements regarding Personal Flotation Devices (PFD) can be found at:

• Patrons will be able to launch boats (with the exception of June 3) during launch operating hours only.
   
• Personally owned watercraft must obtain a launch pass from the Lunga Boathouse PRIOR TO LAUNCH.
   
• All boaters and paddlers must sign in to isportsman at https://quantico.isportsman.net.
   
• No gas boating allowed. Boats that have gas engines can be used, however, the engine must be raised and not utilized. If the boat has a removable fuel cell, the cell must be removed from the vessel prior to launching.
   
• Personal watercraft (Jet Skis) or paddle boards are NOT PERMITTED in Lunga Reservoir.
   
• No anchoring of any kind is allowed in Lunga Reservoir.
   
• No Swimming or Wading is allowed within Lunga Reservoir.
   
• Marina personnel have the right to refuse boat usage to anyone who, in their opinion, is not competent to sail, operate a powerboat, or who smells of alcohol or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. See MCBO 1700.2. 
   
• No individual is to store, dispense, or consume alcoholic beverages in any buildings under the control of the Harbormaster.  Patrons may consume beer only at the picnic areas.  These restrictions do not apply to patrons on private boats.
   
• MCCS personnel, at their discretion, may at any time delay or cancel boat usage due to existing or projected inclement weather, i.e.. gusty winds, thunderstorms, or steady winds in excess of 16 knots.  

• MCCS rental watercraft will be issued from the Lunga Boathouse on a first-come, first served basis only. Rentals are only available during Boathouse hours.
   
• All MCCS powered watercraft will be operated by electric motor only by base order.
   
• Personal Flotations Devices (PFDs) must be worn at all times.
   
• Alcoholic beverages will not be permitted on MCCS watercraft at any time.
   
• No anchoring of any kind is allowed in Lunga Reservoir.
   
• No swimming or wading is allowed within Lunga Reservoir.
