The Personal Financial Management Program provides personal financial education, training, counseling and information and referral through one-on-one training, group classes, and unit training. This program is FREE and open to service members, and their family members. Financial counseling regarding personal budget development, use of credit card, debt management, investment and retirement planning is also available through this program.
