Join Semper Fit Competitive Events for the anuual off-base trip to participate in the Mt. Fuji International Marathon at Fujikawaguchiko in Yamanashi Prefecture on Sunday, November 24th. Choose either a Full marathon (42.195km), Around Kawaguchiko (29km), or a Fun run (11km), and complete the run as you enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding area. Upon your completion, you will receive a finisher’s medal and towel.

Participation
Ope to SOFA, IHA/MLC & JMSDF personnel 
Participation Age 18 years old or older and in good health condition to compete in the race
Maximum number of participants 40
Itinerary
Depart from Bldg. 380 (Outdoor Recreation Warehouse) November 23 at 7:30 AM
Return to MCAS Iwakuni November 25 at 2:30 PM
Fees
Please complete the Marathon registration before purchasing the transportation ticket. Once the race ticket has been purchased,  contact Competitive Events for the transportation ticket information. 
Transportation Ticket
Includes flight between Iwakuni and Tokyo, shuttle services between airport hotel and venue
and a Single, Non-smoking room at Hotel Route-Inn Gotemba IC

No refunds for this event | Tickets are not for spectators.
For those who want to attend and not race, you must arrange your transportation and accommodations.
