STRESS MANAGEMENT CLASS
Tuesdays, June 3, 10, 17 and 24 | 12:30-3:00 PM
4 session workshop to help attendees manage stress by learning about adjusting thinking, external factors impacting stress, the mind, connection and communication, resilience, healthy habits, and staying on track.
The curriculum is designed to educate individuals about the most effective strategies used to manage controllable and uncontrollable stressors, whether participants are ready to start using healthy coping strategies or just obtain information. The goal is to help them move from one behavior changing stage such as pre-contemplation or contemplation to planning, ready or maintenance stages.
