Aikido - September

Aikido class includes warm-up exercises, cardio, core strengthening, and technique in a fun and fast-paced environment!

Registration is available starting from August 29 at noon.

• Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:45-7:45 PM
• Dates: September 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26 & October 1, 3
• Location: IronWorks North dojo room
• Attire: White martial arts gi or long athletic pants and a long-sleeve shirt

With $40/month pre-registration or class drop-ins available in the classroom for $10/class via QR-code.
