WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT:

FREE, Self-Defense Class

Invite a girl friend and join us for a class to bring awareness to Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The class is about awareness and assertiveness, as well as physical strikes. These skills can help prevent, escape, resist, survive, and heal from harassment, abuse, or assault. It also provides safety tips for living with an abuser.

Women over the age of 18, wear comfortable, moveable clothing. A limit of 15 women per class. Must be ID Card Holders to include DoD Civilians with access to the gym.
