AIKIDO CLASSES

A traditional Japanese Aikido class is offered by Sensei Eric who started Aikido when he was stationed in Japan.

Class is focused on throw, pins and joint locks of an attacker. Aikido is about self-defense and not sport fighting.

Starting February 1, 2025

Cost:  $65.00 per month

Monday | 4:00-5:30 PM

Wednesday | 4:00-5:30 PM

Saturday | 9:00-10:00 AM

Class is open to authorized ID holders ages 18 and up.
