About CSACC

The Consolidated Substance Abuse Counseling Center programs have earned a three year accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation Rehabilitation Facility (CARF).

What is CARF?
Commission on Accreditation Rehabilitation Facility is an independent, nonprofit organization focused on advancing the quality of services you use to meet your needs for the best possible outcomes. CARF accreditation signals a service provider's commitment to continually improving services, encouraging feedback, and serving the community. CARF provides accreditation services worldwide at the request of health and human service providers. Whether you are seeking rehabilitation for a disability, treatment for addiction and substance abuse, home and community services, retirement living, or other health and human services, you can have confidence in your choice. Providers that meet our standards have demonstrated their commitment to being among the best available.

Mission
The mission of The Consolidated Substance Abuse Counseling Center is to promote operational readiness, health, and wealth through substance abuse prevention and treatment services for service members and their families.

Vision
To positively change thinking, behavior and lifestyles.

Philosophy
Through the use of holistic, evidenced-based, person-centered, integrated and collaborative approaches to treatment, we believe Marines will be able to change negative thought processes and adapt positive thoughts and behaviors that will lead to wellness, recovery, and healthy lasting lifestyle changes.

Program Services

The Consolidated Substance Abuse Counseling Center (CSACC) provides a continuum of substance abuse treatment and prevention services that are individualized and tailored to meet the specific needs of Marines, Retirees and their Family Members who are 18 years and older.

CSACC staff consists of Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors and Credentialed Licensed Independent Practitioners who are Licensed Social Workers or Licensed Professional Counselors. CSACC thrives on providing the highest quality of evidence-based addiction treatment services.

We utilize Living In Balance and Matrix group curriculum as the foundation of our treatment interventions. When coupled with motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, the stages of change approach and each clinician’s eclectic clinical training and years of experience, our team provides you with an arena for effective treatment.

Whether your mission is national security (Military Service Members), maintaining the home front (Family Members), or maneuvering the next stages of your life (Retirees), we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of services and support that will enhance your mission readiness and promote a holistic, healthy lifestyle.
