Drug Demand Reduction Education Workshop
The Drug Demand Reduction Education Workshop is an informational, open forum focusing on two primary goals:
1. Educate Marines & family members on the Marine Corps Order and other pertinent directives that address drug deterrence and other products that may seem harmless but can be detrimental to their careers. This includes SARMs, hemp/CBD products, harmful supplements, and infused drinks.
2. Reinforce the Marine Corps policy of “Zero Tolerance” for illicit drug use, misuse and abuse of prescription medications and all prohibited substances, which will result in referrals to Substance Assessment Counseling Center for assessments and possibly administrative separation from the military.
This workshop is open to all active-duty personnel and their family members. Please call to register no less than 48 hours before the workshop. If you are attending a virtual session, details on how to access the workshop will be provided after registration.
