Quantico Youth Center
The Youth Center houses the School-Age Care (SAC) Program.

Hours 0600-1800
Ages: 5 (kindergarten) – 12 years
School-Age Care (SAC) Program
The MCCS SAC Program is accredited through the Council on Accreditation (COA). The program instills a sense of belonging, usefulness, influence and competence by providing young people with caring and fun age appropriate, well-rounded programming. The Youth Center is affiliated with the Boys and Girls Club of America (BGCA) and focus on the core areas of Character & Leadership, Education and Career Development, Health and Life Skills, The Arts, Sports/Fitness/Recreation, and Technology.
Before and/or After School Care: Request Care through MilitaryChildCare.com
Hours: 0600-0800, 1500-1800 on regular school days. The center adjusts its hours for early release or teacher work days.
Extended hours: 0500-0600, 1800-1900, available to Active Duty patrons only, with a reservation made a week in advance. Care during these hours will be charged the hourly care rate.
Transportation: bus transportation is provided to and from Crossroads Elementary
Meals: breakfast and an afternoon snack are provided on regular school days. Lunch is provided on early release and teacher work days.
Fee: determined based on total household income, billed bi-monthly.
School Break Care: Request Care through MilitaryChildCare.com. The Youth center offers full time care during winter, spring and summer breaks.
Hours: 0600-1800 on regular school days.
Meals: During winter, spring, and summer, children must provide their own lunch. NOTE: We strive to be a nut free environment, therefore, we request that nut products not be packed and saved for home use.
Fee: determined based on total household income, billed weekly

Hours: Offered on a space available basis. Contact the Youth Center for reservations.
Fee: $5 per hour/per child
Hours: Offered once a month on Fridays, 1900-2200. Contact the Youth Center for reservations.
Fee: A flat $6 per child
School Ambassador Program
The Youth Sponsorship Program is designed to help youth as they move from one community to another. By requesting a Youth Sponsor, you help eliminate the unknown. The most important job of a Youth Sponsor is to be a friend and to make new children aboard Quantico feel welcomed.
