Transition Readiness (TR)

Transition Assistance Program (TAP)

Congratulations!  You have served your nation and now it is time for us to serve you.  Citizens across America join me in thanking you for your service to our great Nation and the sacrifices you and your families have endured.  As a separating or retiring service member, one of the benefits you are entitled to is the use of the Career Resource Management Center.  The Career Resource Management Center facilitates the Transition Readiness Seminar (formerly known as TAMP), and also provides career/employment assistance, vocational guidance, and transition information to help you prepare for the journey back to civilian life.  At the CRMC you can search the Internet for job search websites, view federal and private job announcements, and draft and post resumes. Both the Transition Assistance Management Program (TAMP) and the Family Member Employment Assistance Program (FMEAP) are located within the CRMC.  We are located in 3019 Embry Loop (the Religious and Family Services annex), Room 131, MCB Quantico, VA.

We offer:

  • Career Counseling
  • Transition Readiness Seminar (TRS)
  • Résumé Writing Assistance
  • Employment Readiness Workshops
  • Interview Techniques and Practice Sessions
  • Job Search Techniques
