Baby Boot Camp

Dress: Appropriate civilian attire
Class Focus:

  • Learn how to make the time you have with your baby as
    stress-free and enjoyable as possible
  • Learn coping skills to decrease anxiety of first time parenting
  • Learn the basics of newborn care
  • Learn how to calm a fussy baby and reduce the risk of Shaken Baby Syndrome

Pregnancy Classes

Dress: Appropriate civilian attire
Class Focus: Four separate classes that focus on various aspects of your pregnancy.

  • Class 1: Learn About Early Pregnancy
  • Class 2: Learn About Breastfeeding
  • Class 3: Learn About Late Pregnancy
  • Class 4: Learn to Prepare for Your Birth Experience
